My stay at the hotel was made enjoyable by the excellent reception staff, particularly Laxman. He was incredibly helpful and provided great service throughout my stay. The lobby and hallways of the hotel are beautiful and give a luxurious impression. The room service for lunch and dinner was excellent, with delicious food. a great experience.
