The outdoor dining experience is delightful, with local folk dance performances to entertain guests. The rooms are spacious and offer a large balcony overlooking the pool area, creating a serene and relaxing ambiance. The chef pays personal attention to guests' preferences and the trainees are eager to please, ensuring a delightful dining experience.

The attention to detail in serving could be improved, as witnessed during breakfast where teaspoons were not provided consistently, leading to some inconvenience for guests.

The xmas vacations in this hotel were fantastic! the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the service was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the complementary pack lunches and coffee, which were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to sightseeing spots. the food was excellent too, with a great range of options, and the restaurant service was very efficient.

I felt that the amenities needed some improvement. Apart from the pool, there was nothing else available for recreation, especially for kids and elders.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities and outstanding service. the spa and wellness center was exceptional, and the massage was relaxing and rejuvenating. the outdoor swimming pool was well, maintained, and the garden area was picturesque and serene. the restaurant offered delectable in, room breakfast and special diet menus. the private facilities were exclusive and added a touch of extravagance to the stay.

The coffee/tea in the lobby was not up to par with the other luxurious aspects of the hotel.
