Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by Miss Vila at reception and guided by Mr Krishna at the buffet. Their exceptional service made me feel at home. the breakfast in my room was just right, and the location was perfect after coming from Shillong. the chef, Biswajit, stood out with his attentive care for our dining experience. Definitely a recommendation for those looking for a memorable stay.

My recent stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff, especially Dipu the duty manager, made me feel like a VIP. They were attentive, professional, and always had a smile on their faces. the room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure my room was clean and comfortable. the in-room breakfast was a delight, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. the spa & wellness centre was a sanctuary of relaxation, and the full body massage I had was simply divine. the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing escape, and the garden area provided a tranquil setting to enjoy a cocktail. the location of this hotel is ideal, away from the crowded main Guwahati yet near the zoo and within easy reach of shopping malls and local attractions.

the responsiveness and communication from the Front Desk staff could be more consistent.

With a helpful staff who returned my forgotten earphones, this place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, and much more. I keep coming back, looking forward to Christmas here.

the service is outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill our needs, even preparing gluten, free dishes for my partner with food allergies. the Spa & wellness centre provides relaxing massages and the outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a morning swim. the garden area is well, maintained and offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the location advantages are evident, with easy access to major attractions and a travel desk providing hassle, free arrangements.

What a weekend! Possibly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in the East. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on their face. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. the buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, offering a wide variety of dishes. the location was also a plus, with easy access to nearby attractions. And the cherry on top? the luxurious facilities, you can tell the hotel takes great care of their property.

The only downside to my stay was the cost of food. As expected in a high-end hotel, the prices were quite steep.

Amazing banquet staff, attentive and friendly service, perfect car hire and check-in/check-out process, excellent facilities including gym and spa, thoughtful housekeeping staff.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.
