During my recent stay at Vivanta, I was impressed by the beautiful location and property. It was a true retreat amidst the struggle of finding a good hotel in Guwahati. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the convenient location made exploring the area a breeze. The hotel also had a great bar, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. The spacious rooms provided stunning views of the hillside, creating a serene atmosphere. The food at the hotel was of a high standard, and I particularly enjoyed the standard Taj quality. I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very child-friendly, making it a perfect place to stay with family. The quality of food in the multi-cuisine restaurant set it apart from other 5-star options in the city. The range of cuisine was wide and the taste was exceptional. The hotel's central location was also a plus, offering convenience and easy accessibility to attractions. our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful.

The service is outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill our needs, even preparing gluten-free dishes for my partner with food allergies. The Spa & wellness centre provides relaxing massages and the outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a morning swim. The garden area is well-maintained and offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location advantages are evident, with easy access to major attractions and a travel desk providing hassle-free arrangements.

This hotel falls short in one aspect. The restaurant services suffer during peak hours, making it difficult to enjoy a meal with efficient service.

The coffee shop offers delicious and varied food options, including Indian, Japanese, and Assamese cuisine. The staff is welcoming and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and provide a peaceful atmosphere. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with necessary amenities. Guests can enjoy a pleasant stay with facilities such as a mini-bar, coffee maker, TV, complimentary WiFi, and a locker facility.

The breakfast menu could benefit from more variety.

What a weekend! Possibly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in the East. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on their face. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, offering a wide variety of dishes. The location was also a plus, with easy access to nearby attractions. And the cherry on top? The luxurious facilities, you can tell the hotel takes great care of their property.

The only downside to my stay was the cost of food. As expected in a high-end hotel, the prices were quite steep.

Amazing banquet staff, attentive and friendly service, perfect car hire and check-in/check-out process, excellent facilities including gym and spa, thoughtful housekeeping staff, memorable dining experience.
