The rooms had a slight musty smell which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I had to air the room out by opening the door for a while.

This hotel is a luxurious haven for both business and leisure travelers. the exclusive amenities provided catered to our every need, including an exceptional Sauna experience and refreshing Swim at the Swimming pool. the Restaurant offered an extensive menu with a diverse range of dishes, while the Bar/Lounge area was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. the private facilities, exclusively accessible to guests, certainly added to the exclusive experience.

the Coffee/Tea in lobby area was not replenished regularly.

We had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Trivandrum. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during a difficult time, allowing us to extend our check-out time after a funeral. The rooms were clean and modern, with beautiful views. The facilities, including the gym and restaurants, were top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
