We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, nestled on a steep hill just 1 km away from the main market, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling crowds. The view of the Ayarpata Hill range was simply breathtaking. The staff here really went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. They were always attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything and even preparing special meals for our little one. The rooms were immaculate and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The live music in the restaurant was a delightful touch and the food, especially the Chilli Chicken, was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the personal note from the housekeeping team. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a serene and comfortable stay.

Charming ex-summer residence of an Indian princess. Treated like royalty. Beautiful view of the garden with occasional monkeys. Convenient location for walking into town. Dedicated staff made our stay extra wonderful.

Conveniently located, within walking distance from the Mall Road but still secluded. The staff was attentive and considerate, catering to special meals for our young child. The well-maintained property had a lovely garden for children to play. We enjoyed a room upgrade and a packed snack on checkout. a great experience with a quiet location and beautiful views.

The view from the room was stunning and we were provided with extra blankets when requested. the staff were friendly and helpful when we had an issue with the hot water.

The restaurant had limited options and they were overpriced. the bathroom was not up to par with the rest of the room and lacked basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner.
