the organized activities like sky-gazing and trekking added an adventurous touch to the experience. improvements could be made in providing better Wifi connectivity for those travelling for work.

Staying at Zostel Plus Panchgani was like staying at Hotel Triplets Entertainment for families. the staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

My wife says that having more kid-friendly activities would enhance the family experience.

The staff at Zostel created a vibrant and youthful atmosphere, making me feel rejuvenated. The food was delicious, and the view from the room was breathtaking. the dorm beds were too narrow, and the common room was not as well-maintained as expected. a positive experience but some room for improvement in cleanliness and room size.

My first time at Zostel was truly amazing. the rooms were clean and had a nice fragrance. the night trek for stargazing was a memorable experience. I loved the common room with games, Netflix, and the beautiful valley view. the staff was helpful, and the kitchen being open till 3 am was a bonus.

The food, although it may take a bit longer to be served, is tasty and satisfying. Plus, the hostel provides toiletries and towels at no extra cost, making the stay even more convenient.

There should be more outdoor seating space overlooking the view, rather than just facing the containers.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impressive. From the beautifully designed rooms with balconies that offered an amazing view of the valley, to the basic amenities provided in the open-air kitchen, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile and willing to assist with any queries. Lastly, the location of this hotel was simply breathtaking, situated on the cliffs of the Western Ghats. Being able to enjoy breakfast while taking in the panoramic views was an unforgettable experience.

Loved the unique experience of staying in a repurposed container room and enjoying the misty hillside view. Good food and game zone too. The lady at reception recommended the amazing Kingberry Farm where we picked strawberries. I recommend Zostel for a fun and different stay.

Had a great Xmas trip. the complements offered by the hotel were a cherry on top, the food was delicious. the hotel is located in a serene and picturesque location, which made the experience even sweeter. the room had a great view of the valley and the ambience created by the hotel staff was lovely. the hotel had a good collection of games that can keep one entertained.

Some aspects were not up to mark such as we had to carry our plates to eat in a common room. There was no room service, and limited staff members required us to get our own tea-these small things took away from the overall experience.
