Guests staying in deluxe rooms or above can enjoy access to an executive lounge on the 30th floor, offering beautiful city views and complimentary snacks and beverages. The staff is commended for their efficiency and friendliness, with one attendant, Fabyola, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The breakfast, while offering a wide variety of options, could benefit from improvements in taste, particularly in the Indonesian corner and pancakes.

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the attentive service and comfortable rooms. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my family and I had a pleasant stay. They even provided early check-in and suggested a delicious lunch at their restaurant when we arrived before the normal check-in time. The rooms were spacious and provided a cozy atmosphere.

Great amenities and services! the staff members are friendly and always ready to help. I appreciated the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which made my stay a lot more convenient. the location is also ideal since it is close to popular shops and restaurants.

The room could use some improvement, especially with the air conditioning. It took a while for the room to cool down and the controls were not as user-friendly as I would have liked.

This hotel is a true luxury experience. the exclusive amenities, from the beauty treatments and massages to the outdoor swimming pool and Turkish bath, truly make it a 5-star stay. the location advantages of being in the city center provide easy access to local shops and restaurants.

The only minor issue we encountered was the service in the restaurant. While the dinner was tasty and the bar lounge area was cozy, the dinner menu was limited and the special diet menus were not easily accessible.
