My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff were amazing, always friendly and accommodating. They even helped me with an unexpected last-minute request late at night. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the pool. the breakfast served was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. the location was excellent, right next to Beachwalk Mall and within walking distance to the beach.

The lack of signage to guide guests to the hotel from Beachwalk Mall. It would be helpful to have clearer directions for first-time visitors.

Their chic lobby and bar area made me feel like I was in a trendy oasis. the easy access around the hotel made it comfortable for us senior folks to get around without any hassle. It truly added to the charm of our vacation.

The children working there could improve to offer more assistance for seniors.

The highlights of this hotel are the staff. They are very friendly and always smiling, the room was super clean and well maintained. Facilities are available, such as an iron and a hair dryer. the location is excellent, adjacent to the mall, making it easy to grab a taxi. the surprise anniversary cake was a lovely touch. the relaxation facilities like the swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and beach access enhanced our enjoyment. Nearby landmarks like the Singosari Temple and Kuta Beach created unforgettable family bonding moments.

It's a lively venue with daily music events, poolside parties, and karaoke nights, creating a vibrant atmosphere. the proximity to the beach, shopping mall, and the variety of activities made our stay memorable.

My children wanted a larger swimming pool for more enjoyable family time.

I chose this hotel for a business mixer as it offers 3 meeting rooms for events. the facilities were convenient and well-equipped. the staff were attentive and the location within the mall complex was handy for networking opportunities.

The service that I missed for my work was the inconsistency in room service and cleaning. It slightly hindered my productivity during the stay.

the spacious room layout was perfect for couples, with a lovely balcony and large Smart TV. the breakfast variety was great, especially the fresh Bali drip coffee. Staff, like Yuda, were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the pool and gym, plus the lobby bar with pool tables.

Our stay at Aloft was fantastic! The location was unbeatable, connected to the Beachwalk Mall which was incredibly convenient. The room was modern and spacious, with excellent facilities and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and provided outstanding service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like having to walk a short distance to the beach and navigating the mall parking, our overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Kuta.

The hotel is in a central location, surrounded by many good restaurants and bars. the breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. the rooms are clean and neat, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The shampoo provided wasn't suitable for my hair type, it left it feeling very dry. There weren't enough signs to guide me to the hotel from the nearby attractions.

This hotel is perfectly situated, just steps away from the beautiful beach and connected to a bustling mall. The rooms were well-done and comfortable, with a cozy boutique vibe.

The road leading to the hotel and mall can be congested with traffic, making it inconvenient for car pick-up.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for, like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a terrace to enjoy the beautiful views. The hotel also offered a range of dining options, from a restaurant with delicious breakfast and in-room breakfast service to a bar/lounge area with a happy hour and live entertainment. The outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to relax and they even had a sun terrace with sun loungers for ultimate comfort. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
