the spacious room layout was perfect for couples, with a lovely balcony and large Smart TV. the breakfast variety was great, especially the fresh Bali drip coffee. Staff, like Yuda, were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the pool and gym, plus the lobby bar with pool tables.

Our stay at Aloft was fantastic! The location was unbeatable, connected to the Beachwalk Mall which was incredibly convenient. The room was modern and spacious, with excellent facilities and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and provided outstanding service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like having to walk a short distance to the beach and navigating the mall parking, our overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Kuta.

The hotel is in a central location, surrounded by many good restaurants and bars. the breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. the rooms are clean and neat, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The shampoo provided wasn't suitable for my hair type, it left it feeling very dry. There weren't enough signs to guide me to the hotel from the nearby attractions.

The road leading to the hotel and mall can be congested with traffic, making it inconvenient for car pick-up.

The hotel also offered a range of dining options, from a restaurant with delicious breakfast and in-room breakfast service to a bar/lounge area with a happy hour and live entertainment. The outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to relax and they even had a sun terrace with sun loungers for ultimate comfort. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
