Comfortable bed, clean rooms, helpful staff, good food, varied amenities.

I highly enjoyed my stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was very convenient, close to hospitals, malls, and transportation facilities. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with helpful and responsive staff. The food at the buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The amenities were also great, and I particularly appreciated having an iron in the room. The twin beds were spacious and comfortable, even for couples. it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

New hotel , pleasant stay for 3 days. Room needs better maintenance , musty smell, and lack of soundproofing. Good location for finding food in South Jakarta. Comfortable bed and pillow, good water pressure. Superb breakfast restaurant with delicious Indonesian Chinese food. Convenient for strategic location. Simple but comfortable, meets standard needs. Clean rooms all three times stayed. Close to hospitals, malls, and transportation facilities. Improved parking lot in basement without sharp turns. Second stay, comfortable bed and great bathroom/shower. Not noisy near elevator.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of dining options and shops.

Our stay over Christmas was not enjoyable due to the noise level of other guests. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors' conversations and television all night long.

I recently stayed at Aloft and it was a great experience. The hotel had a minimalist interior with a beautiful color scheme throughout. The view from my room was stunning and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax. The coffee served at the hotel was exceptional, especially the ice latte. The tableware used in the restaurant was also a nice touch, made by artisan ceramic with calming colors. I highly recommend this hotel for its ambiance, scenery, and delicious coffee.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few minor issues. The air conditioning in my room didn't work properly, swinging from being too hot to too cold.
