I recently stayed at Amnaya Resort for a few days in Bali and it was an absolute delight. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Wylie who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel is impeccably clean and the pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. The breakfast spread and afternoon tea were both generous and delicious, and the live music in the evenings added to the lovely atmosphere. The location is great, just a short walk to the nearby mall. I will definitely be returning to Amnaya Resort for future stays in Bali.

Great location near the popular shopping area and close to Kuta Beach. Spacious and comfortable rooms with friendly and attentive staff. Stunning spa with excellent service. Vegan and vegetarian options available in the restaurant.

TV placement in the rooms is inconvenient. Limited sunbeds by the pool and it can get crowded.

We recently stayed at Amnaya Resort for a week-long vacation and it was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a cleverly arranged layout and a stunning glass wall that led to a private terrace. The housekeeping was done to a very high standard, and we even received fresh fruits and chocolates daily. The staff were polite, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We loved the afternoon tea by the pool, the well-equipped gym, and the beautiful poolside area. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet backstreet but still within walking distance of shops and the beach. Amnaya Resort provided us with a truly amazing experience and excellent value for money.

We enjoyed the Balinese cooking class with Chef Sigit Purwanto at the Sukun Restaurant, located in the beautiful Amnaya Resort. The interactive class was fun and informative, and we got to eat the delicious food we prepared. The staff were also welcoming and friendly. we recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We booked a room in a hotel located in a dark alley in the heart of Kuta. Despite being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet and serene environment. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained, including the pool and the courtyard terrace. it was a fantastic experience.

There was one aspect of our stay that we didn't particularly enjoy. The music in the restaurant could be quite repetitive, playing the same songs over and over again.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay! The rooms are spacious, with a king-size bed and a wonderful balcony. I loved the attention to detail with great amenities in the bathroom. The location is perfect, set back from noisy streets in a quiet lane behind Jl, yet still close to everything. The breakfast is amazing, with local ingredients and excellent quality.

No negative aspects.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, close to all the amenities you need. Via a small lane, you'll find yourself tucked away from the main street where all the shops are located but not far from the main streets either. Additionally, the hotel is easy to access from the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with great facilities including a lovely pool and a good breakfast menu with a lot of options.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the lively atmosphere of the hotel. The complimentary tea service, live music every night, and morning activities kept us entertained throughout our stay.

the bedroom was fabulous with a big comfortable bed, beautiful bedding, and a lovely balcony area. The decor in the hotel was stylish and the swimming pool was a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in a convenient location near shopping facilities and the beach.

No 24-hour room service.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the complementary welcome drink and fruit basket upon our arrival. the location was great, close to a shopping mall and a water park. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to the beach.

The room was overpriced for what it offered and the quality of service was inconsistent. the breakfast was not up to par, with a la carte options being poorly executed and orders being mixed up.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Even though it was set back from noisy streets, its location inside an alley was perfect for us as it provided a more authentic experience of the area. The service was top-notch, from the helpful staff to the excellent room service. We were impressed by the wide range of facilities and amenities available, including car hire, laundry, and airport shuttle. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to a sitting area, and even a terrace with garden furniture.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff's great hospitality, from front counter to room cleaners, was evident throughout our stay, and they provided excellent customer service unlike some other hotels we've been to in the past.
