The staff were exceptional and made our experience truly 5-star. The food was delicious, especially the Balinese meals, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sunbeds. The gym had everything we needed for a good workout. The location was also convenient, with easy access to beaches and other areas by taxi. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and showcases locally made elements. I loved the tranquil terrace in each room and the gorgeous pool. The beach is just a short walk away. The attentive staff and overall ambiance made our stay truly enjoyable. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

While the area may not offer a wide variety of food options, the hotel restaurant has an okay menu and they even allowed Grab delivery if we wanted something different. The only other drawback is that there is no separate area to relax or have a drink in the evening, besides the pool and restaurant.
