The breakfast selection had a good variation of choice, especially the a la carte menu. the quiet and peaceful location was great for our romantic escape.

The slow and unorganised service left a lot to be desired. the room felt cramped and uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay at a resort nestled on the northern shores of Lombok. The location near the sand and the beautiful beach view were breathtaking. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, taking care of every little detail and making us feel welcomed. The breakfast menu was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. it was a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Wi-fi reception needs improvement throughout the resort.

This hotel exceeded our luxurious expectations with its exclusive amenities such as a serene spa centre and stunning outdoor swimming pool. the breathtaking sun terrace with sun loungers offered the perfect spot to unwind. the garden area was well-maintained and had beach umbrellas for shade. the location advantages included a private beach access and leisure/TV room. the restaurant served delicious in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area had outdoor dining facilities.

the exceptional service made up for this shortfall.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful new hotel in a remote and peaceful location. the rooms were lovely and the showers were amazing with hot water and great pressure. the view from our room was stunning and the bed was very comfortable. the highlight of our stay was the staff, who were friendly and attentive to every little detail. They knew our names, left us sweet notes, and even saved our drinks on ice by the pool. the pool itself was amazing and the restaurant had a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Anema Wellness & Resort Gili Lombok - Diving Center Padi is definitely the best travel experience we've had.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, homemade ice cream at reception, dinner on the beach under the stars, comfortable bed, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, upgrade to a villa with a private pool.
