Friendly staff, went the extra mile to pack and collect my clothes for my changed trip. Many dining options available. Amazing pool and chill garden vibe. Spa with good prices. Fantastic front desk staff. Clean pool and grounds. Dated units but still serviceable. Super clean, except greasy breakfast room. Well-priced on-site restaurant.

We recently stayed at an amazing hotel in Bali that was perfectly situated in the heart of a bustling beach town. The location was ideal, as it was just steps away from the beautiful beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and eateries. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff members always ready to assist us. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, catering to a range of tastes. Additionally, the hotel boasted stunning views of the surrounding area, allowing us to fully appreciate the beauty of our surroundings.

The only downside we experienced was a slight issue with the television in our room, but it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.

I spent a lovely Thanksgiving in Bali at a hotel with excellent amenities. the complimentary breakfast was amazing, with a variety of choices in a beautiful setting. the pool was fantastic, with a large size and stunning surroundings. the staff was very helpful, offering great local recommendations. the location was perfect, just a quick walk away from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. the hotel had beautiful traditional Balinese architecture that really added to the overall experience.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was not great, which was not ideal for streaming and working. the safe deposit boxes were located behind reception, making it inconvenient and less secure.

Great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the basic amenities were sufficient. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

One minor improvement could be the breakfast selection, which could offer a wider variety of vegetables.

This hotel was an excellent value for money! The prices were affordable, especially considering the spacious and comfortable rooms with a balcony and chairs. I loved being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens from my own private balcony. The location was perfect, right in the centre and close to shops and restaurants. I was able to explore many restaurants in Bali within walking distance, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was fantastic, with a chef cooking the eggs to order. the attention to detail and the friendly staff made my stay here very enjoyable.
