I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff greeted me with a welcome drink and my room was ready even though I arrived early. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had a stress-free time, including inflating my pool floaties. The room was clean and relatively quiet at night. I appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping team, who kept anti-mosquito incense burning in the bathroom throughout the day. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions such as the W Hotel and Potato Head Beach Club. The beach was just a short 10-minute walk away. the hotel was clean, the staff were warm and polite, and I would definitely stay here again.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional - we got so much more than what we paid for! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still close to the beach and city. The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable.

Food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options to choose from.

The villa was beautiful and spacious with a great pool. the bedroom was large and the bathroom was huge with a big bathtub and nice rain shower. the breakfast was generous and had a variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and the location was convenient. We also enjoyed the option to hire a driver for the day.

The air-conditioner in the bedroom couldn't sufficiently cool the room due to the high ceilings. However, these small inconveniences didn't overshadow the overall positive experience we had on our romantic escape.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa in Bali. the villas at this property, Aria Exclusive Villas & Spa, were absolutely stunning. They were well-maintained, clean, and had a beautiful design. the staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with scooter hire, arranged taxis when needed, and even provided a convenient pick-up service from the airport. the location was perfect, as it was tucked away in a quiet area but still within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. we had a fantastic experience at Aria Exclusive Villas & Spa - Chse Certified and would definitely return in the future.

Beautiful, comfortable and luxurious villas. Spacious outdoor area and bedroom. Refreshing private pool. Good air conditioning. Great shower pressure. Clean and inviting. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.
