We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is perfect, situated just outside of the main area, making it a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows that provided a great night's sleep. We were also impressed with the wide range of amenities available, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a delicious spread of options to choose from, including warm herbal drinks that were a delight. The staff's attention to detail and their willingness to assist us with every request made our stay truly memorable.

Room exceeded expectations in size. Furniture slightly dated. No pick-up at train station despite prior arrangement. Front office promised city view but received wall view with cables. Excellent service and prompt response. Good food. Will consider staying again.

The hotel had very spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. the breakfast had a good variety of food options and there was a traditional drink corner available. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to shops and train station.

The bathroom needed a thorough clean with some mold present. the gym facilities were lacking with broken equipment and no staff available.
