The staff were incredibly helpful and the service was excellent. The breakfast selection was big and varied. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel had a good location with stores and restaurants nearby.

I had an incredible stay at Arosa Hotel in Jakarta. The interior of the building and room were spectacular for the price range. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices that satisfied my taste buds. The friendly and helpful concierge staff, including Risman, Rina, and Sophi, made me feel welcomed and ensured I had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel, close to the freeway entrance/exit, was very convenient for my travels. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great value for money.

This hotel offers great value for money, with awesome service! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was quite enjoyable, with well-prepared omelettes served by the helpful staff. the hotel's key location made it easy to access the freeway and there was a laundromat nearby.

While my experience was mostly positive, there were a few things that could be improved. the cleanliness of the glass and cups in the room could be better as some had a strong smell of coffee.
