The staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The location is convenient, with easy access to all the shopping areas, including malls and the Penuin market. The rooms are well-appointed, with a nice king-sized bed and basic amenities. The breakfast selection is impressive, catering to a variety of tastes.

Some guests may find the music in the breakfast room too loud.

We had a fantastic stay at Artotel. The tastefully designed building with gorgeous interior truly impressed us. The floor to ceiling window in our room was a highlight, offering stunning views. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our experience even better. The location was perfect, with major malls, eateries, and spas within easy reach. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel exceeded our expectations. we highly recommend Artotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to all the shopping malls and markets. The front office staff are friendly and the check-in process is quick. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. Guests have also praised the excellent breakfast spread and the helpful and polite staff.

The housekeeping department needs to work on their timing when it comes to making up the rooms. Guests have mentioned that their rooms were still undone even after returning in the afternoon.

My Christmas stay was fantastic! The coffee machine was a nice touch and I always felt safe with the locker provided. Plus, the location was perfect - right across from a big mall and beside a popular market. I also appreciated the amazing breakfast spread with lots of local and Asian options to choose from.

I wish there were more comfortable pillows as they were quite soft and flat. , the aircon wasn't cool enough even though we set it to 16 degrees.
