the staff at Artotel were authentically friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the hotel itself is still quite new and in great shape, with a perfect size and decor for my taste. the location was also convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to activities in Sanur. One highlight was the rooftop bar and pool, which may be small but offered a nice and relaxing atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Artotel to a friend.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious room that I booked for my family, it comfortably accommodated us all. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, and their smiles reminded me of my own hotelier days. The location of the hotel was also a key factor in our enjoyment, as it was conveniently close to the beach and various restaurants. The rooftop pool provided a peaceful and relaxing oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The pool was quite small and mostly in the shade throughout the day, which limited our sunbathing options.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location by the sea, but quite far from the main streets, made it a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The hotel is situated in a quiet area on the center of the island of Bali, and it only takes a couple of minutes walk to reach the seaside. The service provided exceeded our expectations, with room service, 24-hour room service, and laundry services available. The staff were extremely accommodating and always ready to assist, especially with my daughter who is in a wheelchair. They even allowed our large family group to use the conference room for breakfast so we could all dine together. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with garden furniture. The swimming pool and spa center were also a highlight, offering relaxation and entertainment options. we highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
