We had a wonderful stay at the tip-top service apartment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the 24-hour reception was very convenient. The apartment had all the essential facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The gym and swimming pool were great amenities, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from Pakuwon Mall. we had an enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this serviced apartment.

I also want to commend the staff for their honesty when we accidentally left a wallet in the safety box. They promptly returned it with all its contents. Would recommend this hotel.

The location was quite far away, and the carpet in the apartment was dirty. We also had an issue with the housekeeping, as they refused to clean our apartment early in the morning and insisted on doing it after we checked out.

Clean rooms, great facilities, and nice breakfast. Perfect for 4-5 persons with two bedrooms and a living room and kitchen equipped with everything needed. Good location near a mall and reasonably close to the airport. Strong WiFi, efficient staff, and enjoyable pool for the kids.

I recently stayed at Ascott in Surabaya for a week-long business trip. The fast elevator made getting around the hotel a breeze, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I loved the charming library cafe downstairs, where I enjoyed breakfast every morning. The hotel's location, just a 3-minute walk from a huge mall, was perfect for shopping and dining. While the room was not as big as expected, the mirror made it feel more spacious. I had a great experience and will definitely be back when I'm in town.

Our stay at Ascott was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a spacious room that had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The location was ideal, with plenty of dining options and a mall nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Ascott exceeded our expectations!

The only small downside was the breakfast choices. The baked beans were not cooked properly and they used red kidney beans, which wasn't the traditional recipe.

Cozy lobby and spacious room with two convenient bathrooms. Excellent location within walking distance to the mall. Enjoyed a variety of TV channels and strong wifi, even used it outside the hotel. Super efficient and friendly staff, allowing for early check-in and providing a delicious breakfast, including the best sup asam iga in Surabaya. Our kids loved the Cubbies Club and the pool.

Felt completely at home, no reason to complain.
