I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the mall and the vibrant Braga Street. The staff here were amazing, always friendly and willing to help. The receptionists provided exceptional customer service and never failed to greet me with a smile. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and the in-room safe. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area to relax in. The hotel also had a leisure swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring.

One specific instance that stood out to us was when we wanted to order room service, but the staff informed us that a nearby gym offered cheaper rates for dining in. This was a great solution that saved us money and provided us with delicious food. we had a positive experience at Grand Dafam Braga and would recommend it to others.

Plus, Braga City Walk is just a stone's throw away, offering a wide range of dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provides great service and the breakfast spread is satisfying.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area with plenty of options for food and shopping. the rooms were quite spacious and the staff was super friendly and attentive. the buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and there was something for everyone.

The rooms could benefit from some renovation as some of the furniture and fixtures were quite old. the air conditioning was quite noisy and could be a distraction during the night.
