We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and breathtaking views of the ocean from our balcony at Natsepa Resort. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of delicious options. Although the hotel showed some signs of wear and tear, it did not overshadow the overall enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend this resort for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. we had a wonderful time at Natsepa Resort and would gladly return.

Our family had a fantastic time at a beachfront hotel during our stay in Ambon. We were thrilled to discover that the location was next to the sea, allowing us to easily enjoy the beautiful Natsepa beach. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff was always friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met. We were also impressed with the delicious fish dishes served at the restaurant, truly a culinary highlight.

We did notice that there were limited options for international breakfast, with mostly Indonesian food available.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious resort! The location in a peaceful garden by the sea was absolutely stunning. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean and the nearby island. The staff were incredibly charming and helpful, making sure that our every need was taken care of. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-laid-out bathroom. The hotel failed to exceed our expectations. the rooms were shabby and poorly maintained.
