The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shopping centers, hospitals, and public transportation. The cozy lounge and Cantink Resto served delicious cuisine, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Despite some minor drawbacks such as a crowded city view and a slightly cold room, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its pleasant atmosphere and convenient amenities. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great food at reasonable prices, good buffet breakfast. Helpful in retrieving lost phone, even delivered to the airport. New family massage place nearby, 5-10 min walk. Outer location, but clean rooms, good water pressure, tasty breakfast.

The staff was amazing, organized a tour to Mount Bromo, big and clean room, good restaurant, strategic location, excellent service.

The breakfast buffet had delicious options, with both Indonesian and Western food choices. It was convenient to have a gym and outdoor pool available for guests to use. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was poor sound isolation in the rooms, as we could hear noises from both inside and outside the hotel. the internet connection was also unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
