As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the super helpful staff who organized motorbike rental and trips around. The villas gave us a private feeling, and room service twice a day was a cute touch.

I had an amazing city break! the food was fantastic and we even got complementary drinks and snacks. the location was spot on, close to restaurants and shops. We had a great view of the city from our room which was perfect for taking photos. the staff were friendly and always available when we needed anything.

the bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but it didn't ruin the experience. this was a great hotel for a city break!

The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or organize transportation. Exploring the islands of Ceningan and Lembongan was a breeze with the scooter rental, and I was able to see all the amazing views these islands have to offer. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as the need for adapters for international charges and some cleanliness issues, my overall experience at Blue Lagoon Avia Villas was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly unforgettable stay.
