I spent a week at B Hotel Bali & Spa and really enjoyed the warm atmosphere. The staff greeted me with smiles and helpful suggestions. The breakfast was a standout, featuring authentic Indonesian dishes alongside continental favorites, making mornings quite delightful!

However, the hotel had its quirks. The shower room had an initial odor, and I was surprised to find that I needed to purchase extra water beyond the two complimentary bottles. Overall, while the stay was enjoyable, those little hiccups made it a mixed bag.

The internet is so slow at night, it's surprising!!! The fitness room is basically a sad little closet with outdated equipment!!! And let's not even get started on the air conditioning. it fails to control CO2 levels!!! Why is there a 1cm gap in the windows? So frustrating!!! The bathroom had a bad smell when closed, which was really unpleasant!!! The TV is ancient and definitely needs an upgrade!!!

We loved the hotel's location, just a short walk to shopping areas and local eateries. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a mix of Indonesian and Western choices. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which interrupted our planning.

The pool area is fantastic for families, with both an adult and kids pool where we spent hours swimming and enjoying drinks from the pool bar. The contemporary minimalist vibe made it easy to relax, and the staff truly made us feel special, especially when they reassured us during a minor earthquake.

My wife says that better soundproofing would help families relax more.

b hotel bali & spa has a lovely lobby area and a great pool that never felt crowded. the staff were friendly and genuinely smiled at every guest. i especially enjoyed the rejuvenating massage that combined tropical blends of asian essential oils, it was truly relaxing!

would recommend.

Everything exceeded my hopes.

The location is super convenient lots of shopping nearby. Breakfast was totally enjoyable with great variety (loved the fresh fruit! ). The staff were beyond friendly making my stay feel special.
