The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Indonesian dishes, allowing us to try different local delicacies every morning.

The hotel lacked in providing essential toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as shower gel.

However, it would have been even better if the lighting in the room and bathroom were brighter, as it made it difficult to shave. Additionally, the hot water seemed to be available only in the morning, which was a slight inconvenience.
