The cleaning staff and bell boy were excellent, always making sure our room was spotless. One specific incident that impressed me was when I requested extra pillows, they were promptly provided without any hassle. Despite the minor inconveniences mentioned in other reviews, like the noise from the nearby restaurant or the presence of ants in the room, I found the overall experience to be pleasant and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for an affordable option for a family vacation.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and cold air conditioning. There are two pools on the property, perfect for cooling off after a long day. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including a tasty omelette. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.

The buffet breakfast offered a variety of choices each day, including delicious bacon. The newly appointed spa on the first floor looked very inviting and reasonably priced. we had a great experience at Baleka Resort & Spa and would highly recommend it.
