The villa was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful pool and outdoor bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a drop off and pick up service for our pedicure. The location was great, away from the busy areas but still just a short drive to Seminyak. The complimentary shuttle bus to Seminyak, Kuta, and the airport was a bonus.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. The kitchen was practically useless, with only a sink and microwave.

We had an amazing stay at Bali Prime Villas! the staff were incredible and the villa itself was stunning. We wish we could take it home with us! the location in Umalas may be a bit far from other areas, but they provided a convenient shuttle service. the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the photos were accurate and the private pool was a highlight. We were even impressed when they helped us get a refund from an overcharging cab driver. They also arranged a fantastic massage in the villa and gave us great recommendations for a beach dinner in Jimbaran. Highly recommended!
