Great location if staying near the airport. We were landed very late in the night, and they picked us up with a shuttle bus. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the nice pool area and the beautiful garden environs. The hotel provided a regular shuttle to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Good gym and friendly hotel staff. the gym had top-notch equipment that was well maintained. the towel service and availability of water dispensers and paper cups were greatly appreciated.

Inefficient shuttle service and overpriced dinner. the hotel's shuttle service was not efficient, with emails going unanswered and no one waiting for us at the airport.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, just a stone's throw away from the airport, so it's perfect if you have an early morning flight or need quick access to the terminal. The proximity to such a large airport makes it a practical choice for travelers. Furthermore, the free shuttle service provided by the hotel ensures a hassle-free transfer to and from the airport.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The pick-up service was excellent and I didn't have to wait for the shuttle. They even knew my flight details and had someone waiting for me with a sign. The location was perfect for me as I had limited time in the city and wanted to catch my next flights without spending hours on the road. The hotel also had beautiful grounds and a nice big pool, which I enjoyed during my short stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Reza Abidin and Abdul Haris who went above and beyond to assist me. The meals I had at the hotel were also delicious, with a good range of options to choose from. this hotel is the ideal choice for anyone who's having an overnight layover in this city.

Not obvious to find, but worth it.

I was amazed by the stunning spa and pool area at Bandara International. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and rejuvenating stay.

The cozy atmosphere and complementary drinks at check-in were nice touches. the hotel's location near the airport and the free shuttle service were very convenient. the pool was a highlight with clean water, comfortable seating and great views.

The AC was too noisy and only worked properly on low, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the front desk staff were unenthusiastic and unhelpful when we had a question.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the bath tub was a bit old and damaged. Despite this, the room itself was impeccable, with exclusive room advantages that added to the overall luxury experience.
