I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect - from the spacious and clean rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location was also a big plus, as it was centrally located and close to all the major attractions in the area. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and WiFi, were all top-notch. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had parking available for guests.

The location was perfect for exploring the city center, as it was just a short walk away from all the restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were in good condition and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the nice bathroom with a bath tub.

The hot water took a very long time to come out.

We loved every minute! The pool was perfect for cooling off after much exploration. The location was fantastic, in the heart of a vibrant area, without the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was lovely, fresh and filling! The rooms were amazing, spacious and beautifully maintained. We had a wonderful time at Batu Empug Ubud By Mahaputra. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Ubud.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to give me advice on what to do in this city. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy center, but still very close to everything. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the small terraces were a nice touch. The pool was clean and just the right size for swimming. the hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Ubud. The staff was great and the room was beautiful. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but still close to the main attractions. The nearby yoga studio was a bonus.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided a warm and welcoming experience. They were incredibly accommodating, professional, and friendly throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bed and a balcony offering a lovely view. the property's grounds were well-maintained, and the pool area was very nice, perfect for relaxing. We were also impressed by the laundry service, which was exceptional. our experience at Batu Empug was truly wonderful.

Nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with various options, friendly staff, great location in a quiet street with easy walking distance to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Poor maintenance, stained sheets, outdated decor, unreliable Wi-Fi, noisy early morning rubbish collection.

We recently stayed at a lovely little place just on the edge of the hustle and bustle of Ubud, and we had a fantastic experience at Batu Empug. The rooms, grounds, and pool area were all immaculately clean and well presented, making us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and the attached warung/restaurant provided delicious breakfasts and affordable food and drinks. The location was also great, with many bars, restaurants, and the monkey forest within walking distance. We also had the pleasure of exploring many nearby sites with a fabulous driver, making our stay even more memorable.
