Our villa at Bayshore Villa was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the ocean right from our room. the spacious layout and well-appointed amenities made me feel like royalty. As someone who values tranquility and comfort, this place felt like a slice of paradise.

The bathroom lighting could be improved, especially near the shower, but it didn't impact our overall experience.

Great value for money, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Location was ideal for unwinding and relaxing by the pools and beach. Cons: Breakfast delights could use more variety to enhance the experience.

Stayed at Bayshore Villa with my granddaughter and had a wonderful time. the two pools were perfect for relaxation, especially the one overlooking the beach. the spa and wellness center offered great massages, and the beach access added to the tranquil atmosphere. Nearby landmarks like Tenganan ancient village and Ceeng Hill provided unique experiences for family bonding. Millie, the resort dog, added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. the slight maintenance issues were promptly resolved by the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. a delightful retreat with excellent facilities for a relaxing family getaway.

We arrived, not expecting much. But wow, an upgrade! From there, pure relaxation. Loved the villa, 2 pools to choose from, tasty food, and nearby shops. Kadek's tours, impressive. A serene haven to recharge before hitting the Gilis. And yes, some unexpected guests made an appearance!

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right on the ocean and offers stunning views of the beach. The Terrace Restaurant, located within the hotel, allows guests to enjoy their meals while listening to the peaceful sound of the ocean.

There were some issues with the pool area, as some guests were hogging the pool lounge chairs and disrupting others' enjoyment. The staff did not address this problem, which affected the overall experience.

We were upgraded to a stunning waterfront villa with sea and pool views, comfy beds, excellent service, kid-friendly pools, delicious food, and relaxing ambiance. Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND, providing exceptional experiences and amenities. A perfect place to unwind and feel welcomed before continuing our journey.

The bathroom could use a bit of updating, especially in terms of lighting near the shower. It was a bit dim when trying to shower at night.
