We were pleasantly surprised by the high-tech amenities in the room, including the charging ports and lighting system. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and the staff made sure we had a table for our family of four. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was larger than I expected and beautifully appointed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. The location was perfect, just off Broadway and within walking distance to all the hot spots in this city. Additionally, the staff was remarkable - they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay incredible.

Everything was fantastic.

The suite was grand and spacious with a serene river and lake view. The staff was friendly and passionate, and some even tried to improve their English. The hotel had a variety of TV channels and delicious authentic desserts. The rooftop bar and singer at the restaurant and bar were impressive. The hotel also had a spa and salon, making it convenient for guests. The shuttle bus to major shopping centers added to the convenience.

The hotel is located in an area with some nearby malls, including Kepri Mall and Panbil Mall, as well as mini supermarkets. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast spread offers a wide variety. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi have been praised for their attractive design and great views.

Some guests have noted that the hotel is far from most places and there are no shops within walking distances in that area.

The breakfast selection is diverse, with both Western and Asian options including Japanese food. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with connecting doors for families and a new, large baby cot. The warm indoor pool is appealing to kids, and the adults enjoyed the reasonably-priced spa. The staff are friendly and well-trained in English, providing excellent service to guests. The variety of breakfast offerings is a bonus.

Good view from the rooftop and the pool. Enjoyed the free cocktail and cakes during tea hours. Shuttle bus to nearby shopping centers was convenient as it saved us some money on transport.

Location was too secluded. No nearby shops or restaurants.

This venue is the perfect place to unwind and indulge in exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all exceptional and a great way to relax. the spa centre was also a highlight, offering a range of beauty treatments and massages that left me feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were also impressive, serving delicious breakfast and snacks.

the location made it slightly difficult to get to without private transportation, which may not be ideal for some guests.
