During my recent stay at Best Western Premier, I was amazed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The bathroom was spacious and well-stocked with amenities such as a hairdryer and sewing tools. The pool was clean and perfect for families with children. I appreciated the complimentary towel provided for swimming. The welcome snack and refreshing drink were a nice touch while waiting for the room to be ready. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

While I had a generally positive experience, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The furnitures in the hotel were a bit old-fashioned and the shower was slow with inconsistent hot water.

The hotel is conveniently located near Halim airport, making it a good choice if you have a flight to catch. There are also several dining options nearby, including KFC and Wiki Wiki Wok. The staff provides excellent service and the facilities are well-maintained. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city at night. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.

The location of the hotel was also perfect for my holiday travels. Plus, I enjoyed relaxing in the hotel's rooftop pool after a long day of exploring.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it is just after the toll plaza on the highway. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the porter assisted me with my luggage upon arrival. The in-room amenities were great and included ironing facilities, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were refreshing, and the spa center was a great way to relax. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, giving me easy access to my emails and work.

We were impressed by the spacious corner suite, perfect for our backpacker budget. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating. The hot water in the room was a definite highlight. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location was convenient, with a food court just behind the building, making it easy to find a variety of dining options.
