the villa had a spectacular view and was only a 15-minute shuttle ride away from the city center. the staff was very friendly and always made sure we were happy and satisfied. the room was comfortable and secluded, allowing for a relaxing stay. the pool was also great, with the perfect depth and width. the hotel was situated near a swing area and a temple, adding to the overall experience. the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and the room amenities were excellent. it was a wonderful experience at Black Penny Villas.

the staff at Black Penny Villas were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. Despite a few hiccups in the beginning, they quickly rectified the situation and made sure we had everything we needed. Considering the affordable price, our overall experience was more than satisfactory. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised to receive extra hash browns for breakfast. the room itself was perfect, with a great view and spacious layout. the friendly staff were always there to assist us with any issues we had, and even provided DVDs for us to borrow throughout our stay. I highly recommend this villa, especially once they have more staff and everything is back to normal.
