They were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with any request. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. The hotel even offered an airport shuttle, making travel arrangements a breeze. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed, mini-bar, and terrace added to the overall sense of luxury. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV were a nice touch, adding to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

The view from the hotel was stunning, it was the perfect location to unwind during the Christmas holidays. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and renting the scooters allowed us to explore the local markets and ATM with ease.

The food options were quite limited, and the quality of the food was not great. while we enjoyed the peaceful location and friendly staff, we found the food and pool to be lacking.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful resort in Tegallalang. The location was so peaceful and surrounded by stunning scenery. Our room was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable with an incredible view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and organized moped rental for us. We loved the walking tour activities offered by the hotel. a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend Campuhan Sebatu Resort.
