We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to help us with our needs. We enjoyed the free shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a kitchen with cookware/kitchen utensils, electric kettle, and dining table. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and breakfast buffet.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The beach was stunning! We spent most of the time in the crystal clear water snorkeling with the fish that were all around us. Plus, the staff was fantastic! They offered us complementary drinks and snacks while we relaxed on the sun loungers. the room was also modern and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The only problem we encountered was the food options. There were some restrictions with the menu, and we found ourselves struggling to find something we liked.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Bintan. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-designed bathroom. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location was fantastic, right on a beautiful private beach. There were also restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. Additionally, the hotel had facilities such as a pool and lounge bar, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The breakfast options were a bit limited and could be improved.

During my recent stay at Cassia, I was impressed by their excellent customer service. When I had an issue with my room not being properly cleaned, the receptionist quickly took action and apologized for the inconvenience. They not only rectified the situation promptly but also offered me additional perks such as a late checkout and a private car send-off. This level of attentiveness and responsibility truly made my stay memorable.

Nothing it is perfect.

New resort, cool ambiance, nice beach. Housekeeping every 2 days for water saving. Mookata allowed in room, no room service. Receptionist accommodated request to clean room, but missed clearing mookata. Males receptionist was very apologetic, arranged for cleanup and offered late checkout and private car send off. Friendly staff and always smiley.

I recently stayed at a resort in Bintan and had a comfortable experience. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable and the entire establishment was clean and new. The private beach was a nice touch, and I also had access to shared facilities at a sister hotel next door. I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus service, making it easy to explore the area.

On the flip side, the food options in all the restaurants on the resort were not the best, and the supermarket had limited variety as well.
