We absolutely loved our stay at Chili Ubod Cottage! Everything was excellent, from the room to the staff to the food. The manager treated us like family and was always there to help us with any questions or concerns we had. The staff were kind and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant offered fantastic food. The location was great, with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. it was a perfect place for relaxation and tranquility. We wish we could have stayed longer!

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the peaceful location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still conveniently close to restaurants and attractions. the staff was very attentive and kind, providing an excellent service. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, and the quality of the food was excellent. the massage service was a highlight, and I loved the relaxing atmosphere of the spa.

the condition of some amenities such as the pool mats and tea cups was not optimal and could use some updating. despite a few minor issues, I had a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to everything you need. It is just a short walk away from the famous Monkey Forest, where you can see monkeys climbing along the hotel walls. There are also good restaurants nearby, such as Bali Bohemia bar which offers live music and delicious food. The friendly staff provides great service, and the family room is very spacious and comfortable. it offers a great value for the price, making it a perfect place to stay.

Some guests have mentioned that there were a few issues with certain amenities, such as the TV, hairdryer, and fridge not working properly.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right by the famous monkey forest but on a quiet street just outside the busy city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the open-air shower and the terrace where I could relax in the evenings. The swimming pool was a beautiful oasis, surrounded by lush trees and flowers.
