Comfortable and Convenient Stay

During our visit to Hotel Ciputra, we had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with a mall nearby for all our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great selection of breakfast dishes. We also appreciated the convenient transportation service they offered. we would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Location and Complementary Amenities

Stayed here for a holiday trip and overall the hotel is okay. The location is great as it is just a few steps away from a shopping mall and restaurants. The complementary facts offered were a nice touch and added value to our stay. The room we got provided us with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom which made us feel relaxed after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast buffet staff and chef did not provide the same level of hospitality and service. The staff at the entrance acted like they were guarding the restaurant and were not welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, right above a shopping complex, which made it incredibly convenient for us. We loved being able to easily access everything we needed without having to travel far. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic shower and a bathtub that we absolutely loved. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and welcoming. They were quick to assist us with any inquiries and were very knowledgeable about the area.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
