Loved the friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The free bike rental was a great perk, making it easy to explore the area.

Disliked the lack of cleanliness. The pool was dirty when we arrived and remained that way for the first day.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Gili Trawangan. The room was exceptionally clean and the pool was brilliant. The staff made a real effort to look after me and were all so lovely and helpful. I rented a bike for a super cheap price and loved cycling around the island. The location was perfect and I wish I could have stayed longer. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation.

The hotel was located very close to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants around to choose from. the room was spacious and well lit. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was not what we were expecting. the staff were not very helpful and seemed to be in a rush to get us checked in and out.

The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests are provided with snorkeling equipment and the option to rent bikes. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool and well-designed furniture.

There were some issues with the hot water throughout the stay.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice pool area. Great service when my friend had an accident, manager went to hospital with us. Lovely place, wonderful staff, good food. Good facilities, great rain shower. About 7min walk to town, no lighting at night. Convenient little shop and pharmacy nearby. Stunning hotel, beautiful interiors. Super comfy bed and bathrooms. Highly recommend.

The staff were absolutely incredible - so friendly, helpful, and kind! The modern rooms were jaw-dropping, and the outdoor shower was a mind-blowing experience. The food, especially the deep-fried bananas, was super delicious, and the complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch. The location was perfect, peaceful and away from the main strip, but still easily accessible. The hotel had great amenities like free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and a bar/lounge area. The staff even went above and beyond when my friend had an accident and accompanied us to the hospital, showing amazing care and support. We felt like part of their family, and we're definitely coming back!
