We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the eastern part of Kuta. the bed and pillows were great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the toiletries provided were nice. the friendly staff, especially Ayu, Emy, Suriyar, and the bar staff. the hotel restaurant was a convenient option and the breakfast included in our deal was a great bonus. the karaoke, available at a very good price, was a must-do activity.

Minor cleanliness issue

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a perfect stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, especially Ms Santa and Ms Ivanda at the reception. They checked me in quickly and provided helpful information about the surrounding area. I was able to check in within a minute, which was fantastic. The room was comfortable and peaceful, with no noise from traffic at all. The toiletries provided were complete and sufficient. Additionally, the hotel had its own restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals. The pool was also amazing, clean and had plenty of comfortable seating options. a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The only thing to note is that this hotel is a bit far from the beach, so transportation such as a taxi or rental car/bike might be necessary. However, this inconvenience is easily outweighed by the hotel's many amenities and quality services.

Convenient Location

During my recent stay at a hotel in Kuta, I was pleased with the convenient location of the property. It was situated very close to the airport, allowing me to easily catch my flight without any stress or hassle. This was especially important as I had an early morning departure. The hotel's proximity to the airport saved me a significant amount of travel time, avoiding the heavy morning traffic that can be experienced in Bali. this made my stay at the hotel much more convenient and enjoyable. I also found the room and bathroom to be clean and tidy, which added to my comfort. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as thin walls and some noise from the nearby road, as well as a brief delay during check-in, I would still recommend this hotel.

Beautiful poolside area, incredibly pleasant staff, great spa treatments at reasonable prices, karaoke room for indoor entertainment, great happy hour from 5-7pm everyday.

Stayed here during Christmas and had a decent experience. Convenient location; walking distance to the beach and nearby attractions. The swimming pool and restaurant were nice touches. Rooms were relatively clean with fresh linens and towels. Wi-Fi worked well.

The hotel lacks proper soundproofing which makes for a noisy stay. Furthermore, the walls were quite thin and we could hear the sounds of doors slamming and people talking in the hallway throughout the night. Additionally, there were some minor maintenance issues with the room like the door being difficult to open and some burnt-out light bulbs that needed replacement.

We had a great stay at this 4-star hotel. The location suited us perfectly as it was close to the airport and also not far from the Kuta area and Bali Galeria Mall. The convenience of being near shops and restaurants was a big plus, with Starbucks, McDonald's, and Indomaret just a short walk away. We found the hotel to be in a strategic location, easily accessible from the Ngurah Rai Bypass.

We highly recommend this place to anyone.
