We had an amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was the highlight of our stay. The location was ideal, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the beach within walking distance. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay special and accommodating our needs.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly with more variety and options.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a great location. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. the bed was comfortable and perfect for our one-night stay. We also appreciated the option of twin beds, which can be hard to find. the hotel is about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and we enjoyed being able to easily access different locations with grab/gojeks. the staff even kept our bags for us before check-in, allowing us to meet up with our friends. We wish we had stayed at Sunerra D'Djabu Seminyak for the entire week instead of switching to another hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, situated right in the center of everything in Seminyak. It was just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants and shops, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, it was close to the airport, which was a major plus. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Not close enough to surf but everything else was top-notch.

The food was good and the pool was nice to swim in. the location was convenient as it was close to the main attractions and easy to get to. Room service was quick and efficient which was appreciated.

The room was not clean, there was mold on the bathroom bins, and the water pressure was extremely low. the air conditioning did not work properly and we had trouble sleeping due to the heat.
