The location is fantastic, with Padang Padang beach and Thomas beach within walking distance. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden, providing a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the service is attentive, with staff organizing transportation and offering scooter rentals. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, and there are nice sun beds by the pool. it's a great spot for a relaxed vacation.

The cleanliness of the bedding, towels, and curtains did not meet expectations.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi pick up from the airport and stopping at a money exchange shop on the way. The hotel is in a great location, close to awesome restaurants and everything we needed. It's in a nice quiet location but still not too far away from everything. The breakfast was made to order and delicious, with a good selection of options including fresh fruit, eggs, toast, and coffee. The hotel facilities were excellent, with two pools that were always clean and well-maintained. it was a fantastic value for money.
