The spacious villa with clean rooms, pool, and welcoming staff made my experience memorable. Despite minor hiccups, the friendly service by Rini and the restaurant team stood out, ensuring a positive and charming ambiance. The central Seminyak location was convenient, although occasional bathroom and food issues could be improved. a worthwhile stay in Bali.

The location was convenient for accessing the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and spacious, with lovely pools. The on-site spa provided excellent massages. The restaurant downstairs offered tasty meals at reasonable prices.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. the room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping did a great job at keeping the rooms clean and tidy. the breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff there were always attentive and welcoming. the private villa pool was a fantastic addition, perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day of exploring Seminyak.

While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the Wi-Fi speed was quite slow and not very stable, which could be frustrating who need to work or manage their businesses while travelling.

Flawless airport pick-up, friendly staff, superb customer service, attentive and energetic attitude, absolute bargain.

During our stay, we loved how conveniently located the hotel was. It was close to everything, including the city center, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always having a smile on their faces and being welcoming. Additionally, the swimming pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing dip. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel.

We did experience some safety concerns in the surrounding area, particularly at night. We had our bag stolen by thieves on a scooter, which was quite alarming.

It was convenient to be close to everything, including shops and eateries. The service provided was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and laundry facilities available. The staff were friendly, polite, and efficient, always willing to assist us. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the amenities such as the terrace and swimming pool. it was a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent new year at a hotel that had decent Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. the room was quite spacious and the staff was friendly which made the stay enjoyable. Despite being a bit far from the main attractions, the hotel was located in a quiet area with little disturbance.

The pool was smaller than the pictures appeared and there was miscommunication with the staff which resulted in a mandatory cash deposit. the bathroom was not well maintained and in need of some repairs.
