It felt like a hidden oasis, surrounded by rivers and nestled inside a beautiful forest. This place truly felt like a botanical park, with its serene atmosphere and stunning views. The staff here were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The level of service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping all provided. I also appreciated the convenience of having a grocery shopping service and shops/commercial services on-site. The airport shuttle and paid shuttle service made getting around a breeze, and the tours/ticket assistance ensured I didn't miss out on any of the local attractions.

During our Christmas stay, we were blown away by the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. the lush green gardens and the sound of the river were amazing. We also loved the refreshing pool and the very friendly and helpful staff. the local area provided great hiking trails and the opportunity to experience the local culture.

The rooms could have been cleaner and the housekeeping services could have been better. There were also some maintenance issues with the bathroom door and lighting, which could have been improved.
