Travelling alone, but the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Convenient parking service and honest staff who returned my forgotten belongings promptly. Paris Van Java and Chiampelas are just a stone's throw away. Tasty breakfast options and affordable rates. The rooms matched the website's pictures. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

This hotel is conveniently located opposite the largest shopping mall, making it easy to access a wide range of restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and spacious, with nice bathrooms and good hot water pressure. The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing great service during check-in and check-out. The breakfast offers a variety of options and there are changes to the menu each day. Additionally, the hotel provides free airport transfers for added convenience.

Some guests have mentioned that there can be noise from carts being pushed in the hotel's alley and other unidentified sounds, which may disrupt a peaceful stay.

Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to restaurants and shops. the room had a nice view of the city.

The wood planks were rotten and dangerous, and the pool lights were poorly installed. We didn't feel safe and only stayed a short time.

The hotel's strategic location in front of a popular shopping center made it convenient for us to explore and shop during our visit. Additionally, the hotel's service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
