I had the most amazing stay at this 4-star hotel! The location on a hill just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach was perfect. The view from the upper rooms was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The outdoor bathroom was a unique and lovely touch. The hotel facilities, such as the spa and swimming pool, were top-notch.

The wifi didn't work for the first two days, and there was no hot jacuzzi tub as described. the location was also not convenient as it required transportation to go anywhere.

We stayed at Del Cielo Villa for a few nights and our experience was fantastic. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us, even ordering food for us when the kitchen was closed. Our room had a unique and beautiful outdoor bathroom, and waking up to the stunning view of the pool was a highlight. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and they even surprised us with a birthday setup in our room. The location, although a bit tricky to find, was worth it for the tranquil surroundings and breathtaking views. we had a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay at Del Cielo Villa and would recommend it to all our friends.

The staff at Del Cielo Villa Jimbaran were absolutely fantastic and made me feel right at home. Alvin, the night duty receptionist cum manager, was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, from providing extra towels and power plug adaptors to arranging a taxi to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen luxurious. The pool was the perfect temperature and a great size for swimming. The wifi connection was excellent and I never experienced any issues. The rooftop terrace offered a lovely view, especially during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and the coffee was great. the staff and amenities made for a wonderful and peaceful stay.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a lovely boutique hotel just 15 minutes away from the beach. the hotel is beautifully designed and offers stunning views from the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed breakfast. the pool is also very nice, perfect for taking a dip in the morning sun. One of the key benefits of the hotel is its quiet location away from the busy tourist areas, providing a peaceful getaway.

Getting a taxi or walking on the dark and unfriendly road were the only options. the room we were allocated had poor sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep due to noise from neighboring guests.

Not only that, but the private pool was spacious enough for me to have my own little party. The interior of the hotel made me feel like I was in nature, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend renting a scooter from here to explore other areas in Bali. It's only a 30-minute ride to Uluwatu. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Jimbaran.
