I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Ubud. The pool was secluded and the breakfast restaurant was delightful. The staff was incredibly helpful and trustworthy. The location was perfect, close to local shops and restaurants while still feeling like a jungle oasis. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the center of town. We loved the room, with its comfortable bed and beautiful design. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying. The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the lush garden and pool area.

There was a slight issue with the bathroom that could use some improvements.

This hotel is nestled in the tranquil area of a lush rainforest, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms that have both a bath and a shower. The views from the rooms are simply delightful, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the surroundings.

Perfect location, away from the noise and busy streets, but still within walking distance of the main town area. The hotel property is beautiful and peaceful, with a delightful pool area. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast is a great addition.

The food quality was poor and we ended up leaving most of it. In terms of cleanliness, the daily housekeeping only covered the basics, and deeper cleaning of the bathtub, sink.

The staff at this hotel were amazing and made our stay memorable. They provided us with free surprises, such as a cake and rose petals for our honeymoon, and a late checkout when we made a mistake with our flight details. the hotel's location was fantastic, close to everything we needed and yet peaceful and exotic. the pool was a great size and the rooms much larger than we expected.

We had to request new towels after every room service; however, the staff were quick to provide them.

The rooms at Desak Putu Putera Cottages were well-designed and clean, with a cosy bed and a well-working AC. The bathroom was also very nice, with everything in proper working order. The balcony had a lovely view of the garden and pool. The staff at the reception were helpful and professional, and the pool was amazing despite needing some cleaning. The location wasn't too far from town, and the free shuttle service was convenient. We also enjoyed hiring a driver for a day trip through the hotel.
