The staff at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel were extremely friendly and professional. We were impressed with the exceptional service provided by Dwiki at the pool bar. He was friendly, had excellent English, and even remembered our names from the first day. The cocktails were delicious and great value. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of choices to cater to all nationalities. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The money changer also offered exceptional rates.

Convenient location, helpful staff, nice spa and massage, good food options nearby, close to airport, shops. Great views, especially towards the sea. BBQ evening with delicious food and entertaining dancers. Comfy beds and pillows, friendly staff, prompt service when fridge wasn't working. Enjoyable dining experience at the Japanese restaurant. Always felt safe with the attentive security staff. Long Island ice teas were a tasty treat.

The pool was nice and the beach was close, which was great for going on walks. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the ocean.

The staff were not very helpful or friendly, and there were issues with the minibar deposit and room telephone. the check-in process was unnecessarily strict and invasive, with staff going through our bags and handbags.

Nothing not too like.

The hotel is conveniently located near Discovery mall, making shopping and entertainment easily accessible. Additionally, it is situated next to the beach, allowing for a quick and convenient trip to the nearest beach. The rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable beds and some even offer great views from the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good variety of food options.

The waiting time for food and drinks at the bar and restaurants can be quite long.

Our 7-year-old daughter and I had an amazing stay at a lovely resort in Bali. The central beachside location was perfect, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. We enjoyed the convenience of having a shopping mall right next door.

This hotel provided an absolutely luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities like a beautiful indoor swimming pool, a relaxing sauna, a plush spa centre, and rejuvenating beauty treatments. the beach access is unbeatable, making it easy to soak up the sun on the sun terrace or lounge in the outdoor swimming pool. the service was top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to go above and beyond to meet every need.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the buffet breakfast had a somewhat limited selection. the restaurant offered delicious continental breakfast options and great poolside snacks at the bar/lounge area.
