We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right next to the restaurant on the beach front. We loved being able to walk out of our room and onto the beautiful beach. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests or recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The swimming pool was a great spot to relax and cool off, and the sun terrace provided stunning views of the ocean. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families.

During my recent stay at a charming beachfront hotel, I had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The private bungalow provided a spacious and comfortable stay, and the kind and helpful staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I particularly enjoyed the snorkeling trip they organized, where I got to discover the Japanese wreck and the magnificent underwater temple. The location of the hotel was also great, with a lovely pool overlooking the beach and two restaurants nearby offering delicious meals. my experience at this hotel was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Great location by the beach, private beach in low season, spacious rooms with large beds, helpful staff, nice pool with great view, good value for money.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Amed. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. I loved being able to snorkel right off the beach in front of the pool and the pool itself was fantastic, giving me the feeling of swimming in the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and the whole place was very clean. Additionally, there were some great dinner restaurants within a short walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Amed.

Nestled between vibrant coral gardens and the sunken Japanese shipwreck, our holiday spot offers breathtaking snorkelling opportunities and a chance to spot turtles with Eddy, a local fisher. With the sea just a stone's throw away, our room boasts spaciousness, comfy beds, and a serene sitting area outside. The staff's helpfulness and the delicious breakfast add to the overall experience.

The bathroom lacks storage space for personal items.

The hotel had a good location, with beautiful views of the ocean and a nice pool to relax in. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the meals in the restaurant were tasty. the room we stayed in had a good size and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the reasonable rates as well.

The steps to get up to the room were steep and a bit difficult to climb. the location on a busy narrow road made it tricky to walk, especially at night.

We had a mix up with our room but were able to contact the owner who gave us a better room at a discounted price. The ocean view room was amazing, so close to pool area and restaurant. Restaurant had the best food, so fresh and best size large portions. The fruit was so fresh as well. The room was clean, large, good air con, So comfortable. The staff were great, helped us organise snorkelling in a local boat. We also made friends with a lovely little local girl who had a meal with us. We really enjoyed being able to have pizza with Ketut. It was so nice to meet her on the beach and be able to buy some bracelets off her. She walked with me as well along the beach. I felt safe even having her with me. The staff on reception on arrival and leaving were so helpful. Staff always offered to carry our bags. We really appreciated this as we both had very painful leg injuries and there were stairs to the reception, so having our bags carried was so helpful. The room changed helped with our pain as well as we did not have so far to walk. Will definitely recommend to others, the pool and ocean view are beautiful at sunset as well.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Amed for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet area with nearby restaurants and shops. The best part was being able to walk straight from the hotel onto the beach for snorkeling. I also loved that they had motorbike rentals available for those who wanted to explore further. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and despite some reviews I had read, the air conditioning worked perfectly. it was great value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is stunning, especially if you opt for a beach villa. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with scooter rental, snorkeling trips, and even looking after our surfboards. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the main town, but still within reach of great restaurants. I loved watching the sunrise by the pool. And don't forget to try out Utani Coffee shop for breakfast!
