We loved the hotel's cleanliness, excellent facilities, and friendly staff. The location was perfect, on a quieter street yet still close to the major attractions, restaurants, and Batu Bolong beach. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities you need. The breakfast is really delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. Plus, there are plenty of activities for kids, like a small playroom with toys and games.

There is currently some construction nearby, which can be a bit noisy during the day. However, it didn't bother us too much as we were out and about most of the time.

We had an amazing two-week stay at the resort. the staff at Eastin Ashta were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing better service than some 5-star hotels. They greeted us with smiles and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even giving special attention to our 11-month-old baby. the location was perfect, close to the beach and great local eateries. the buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had, with plenty of variety and healthy options. a great hotel for the price and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Incredible value for a full-service hotel with a stunning pool, daily "Sunday brunch" style breakfasts. Upgraded to a large suite with a terrace overlooking the pool. Modern and pristine condition, with a spacious living and dining area, fridge/freezer, and a huge bathroom suite. Great layout with easy access to the bathroom and bedroom. The pool was spacious and never too crowded, with a mix of loungers and bean bags. The hotel also had a kiddie club for younger kids, making it a great value for families.

The location is perfect, being in walking distance to the beach and all the beautiful places to eat in the area, while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are large and comfortable, with modern and clean facilities. The staff is super friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including both Western and Indonesian choices. a great hotel with a convenient location and excellent services.

One downside is that the swimming pool only has a depth of 120 cm.

Set in a quiet area within walking distance of the beautiful Pantai Bolong beach, this hotel offers a perfect location for a relaxing stay. The rooms, which are spacious and nicely presented, provide stunning views from the higher floors. The service is top-notch, with attentive staff and a trainee who does a wonderful job at breakfast. The pool area is excellent, with a variety of food and beverage options. The hotel also offers a good breakfast and is near a collection of restaurants.

Like many other hotels in the area, there can be noise from ongoing construction projects during the day.

The hotel room at Eastin Ashta Resort was incredible! It was so comfortable and impeccably clean. The spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise, and it provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large bed and air conditioning ensured a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the small gym, which allowed us to maintain our fitness routine even on vacation.

Although we came across a couple of minor inconveniences, like the noise from the hallway and the lack of shade at the pool area, they didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. We found the hotel to be a great value for money, with affordable breakfast options and the added benefit of kids dining for free.

We were pleasantly surprised with the two complementary vouchers for drinks at the pool bar upon our arrival. the hotel was conveniently only a minute walk away from the main shops and a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the large pool with plenty of loungers and the friendly staff who were always happy to help us with our needs.

The included breakfast was not up to our standards and expensive compared to nearby cafes and restaurants. We chose to eat at several local establishments with amazing food including Shady Shack and Penny Lane.

We loved the location of this hotel, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but still in a quiet area. The service here was amazing, with room service, bell staff and limousine service available. The room amenities were great too, with a balcony and in-room safe, and the pool and garden areas were beautiful.

We had no negative experiences during our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to families visiting this area.
