Visual treat, friendly staff, refreshing drinks, convenient shuttle to the marketplace. New hotel with great facilities, helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms, comfy bed. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The swimming pool was a real highlight, with stunning views and plenty of space to relax. I also enjoyed the free yoga classes every morning. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a wonderful stay at this eco-friendly resort. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The pool was big and kept warm, perfect for a relaxing swim. The Balinese massage at the spa was excellent and offered beautiful views. The daily yoga sessions and well-equipped gym were additional perks. The shuttle service to the marketplace was convenient, and the hotel even arranged mid-way pickups. The attentive staff even kept our chargers safe after we checked out.

The restaurant lacked diverse vegan and vegetarian options, making it challenging for those with dietary restrictions.

Great service and facilities. the breakfast was delicious and there was a good range of options. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to take us around the city. the pool area was a highlight and had plenty of space to relax.

The hotel location was a bit far from the main shopping area, but the shuttle service helped with that. However, the shuttle only dropped off and picked up from one specific location, which made it less convenient for exploring different parts of the city.

We had a great stay at an amazing hotel in Ubud. The large, clean rooms were exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious food. The free shuttle to the monkey forest was a convenient perk. We also enjoyed the nice pool and gym facilities. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Ubud.
